Day 1 : Arrive Delhi [By Flight]

Day 2 : Delhi (Sightseeing)

After breakfast proceed for the HALF DAY guided city tour of New & Old Delhi.
New Delhi: Visit QUTAB MINAR, the tallest stone tower in India , , built by Qutub-ud-din Aibek of the Slave Dynasty; INDIA GATE – A War Memorial Arch. Also drive past the PRESIDENT’S HOUSE, PARLIAMENT HOUSE, GOVERNMENT SECRETARIAT BUILDINGS and CONNAUGHT PLACE – the heart of New Delhi and a busy shopping center.
Old Delhi : Visit RAJ GHAT and Shanti Vana – the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi and Jawaharlal Nehru, JAMA MASJID, one of the largest mosques in India; RAJ GHAT- the memorial of Mahatma Gandhi and Drive past Red Fort and Chandni Chowk.

Day 3 : Delhi

Day 4 : Delhi- Agra (204 Kms- approx 5 Hrs)

After breakfast drive to Agra by surface, arrive there in roughly five hours. On arrival check – in at hotel.
Afternoon proceed Visit The Agra Fort.
Agra Fort, built by three Mughal Emperors starting from Akbar the Great in 1565 AD, which is a masterpiece of design and construction. From Agra fort one can get the most moving view of the Taj from the little octagonal tower in the Agra Fort which lies across the river Jamuna. It was here that Aurangzeb the third son of Shah Jahan kept his father under house arrest, from where the Emperor spent the last years of his life gazing at the tomb of his beloved. Within the fort are a number of exquisite buildings including the Moti Masjid, Jahangir's Palace, Khaas Mahal and the Sheesh Mahal, Diwane-i-Am, Diwane-i-Khas and Musamman Burj, .

Day 5 : Agra – Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur (257 Kms – approx -6 Hrs)

After early breakfast check out from the hotel Visit the Taj Mahal, the inimitable poem in white marble. It was built over a period of 22 years by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1630, for his beloved Queen Mumtaz Mahal. This architectural Marvel is a perfectly proportioned masterpiece fashioned from white marble That stands testimony to the skill of 20,000 craftsmen brought together From Persia, Turkey, France and Italy .(Note: Taj Mahal is closed on every Friday for public visit).

Later drive to Jaipur enroute visiting the deserted city of Fatehpur Sikri.

Fatehpur Sikri: Located 38kms. - 45 minutes From Agra.

This exquisite city built by Akbar the Great in 1569, in red sandstone; with its forts, palaces and mosques, in honour of the great Saint Sheikh Salim Chisti who blessed Akbar and prophesized the birth of three sons to the heirless Emperor. Akbar used Fatehpur Sikri as his capital and the city was fully occupied for 14 years but slowly became deserted and ruined after Akbar left the city. Scarcity of water was the prime factor for the abandonment of this beautiful city. Visit the remarkably well-preserved, graceful buildings within the 'Ghost City' including the Jama Masjid, tomb of Salim Chisti, Panch Mahal Palace and other palaces that speak of the grandeur and splendor of the Mughal empire at the height of its power.

Continue your drive to JAIPUR and arrive the capital of Rajasthan, JAIPUR by late afternoon. City is color washed pink - the color associated with hospitality in Rajput culture. This Pink City of fairy tale palaces, rugged fortresses perched on barren hills and broad avenues are picturesque. The first planned city of its time, a formidable wall encircles Jaipur. After you check in at your hotel, rest of the day is free to relax in the hotel by the poolside or just to laze around. Overnight is at the hotel.

Day 6 : Jaipur

After breakfast proceed for Full day sightseeing.

Morning start tour with visiting Amer fort (Elephant Ride failing Jeep ride). Visit AMBER FORT (11 kms in the outskirts of the city), the ancient capital of the State until 1728. Visit the Hall of Victory or Jai Mahal and Jagmandir. You can have the unique experience of traveling on elephant back/ failing Jeep ride to and from the top of the hill on which the fort is situated. The Amber Fort, the capital of the erstwhile State of Jaipur until 1728 is perched on a hill. It has halls of Public and Private audience, a Sheesh Mahal (hall of mirrors) various marble palaces which are marvelous examples of ancient Rajput architecture. The Temple of Amba (Mother Goddess), the patron deity of the Royal family is at the entrance to the palace.

Afternoon city tour: Half day city tour begins with a visit the CITY PALACE - the former royal residence built in a blend of the Rajasthani and Mughal styles which houses a museum with a superb collection of Rajasthani costumes and armoury of the Mughals and Rajputs, including swords of different shapes and sizes with ornate handles. It has an art gallery with an excellent collection of miniature paintings, carpets, royal paraphernalia and rare astronomical works in Arabic, Persian, Latin and Sanskrit. Also visit the JANTAR MANTAR - an astrological and astronomical Observatory built by Maharaja Jai Singh in 18th century, which is remarkable for its accuracy even at the present times.

After breakfast half day city sightseeing .Visit to Gateway of India, Mumbai's principle landmark. This arch of yellow basalt was erected on the waterfront in 1924 to commemorate King George V's visit to this colony in 1911. Visit Prince of Wales Museum, Parliament House, Marine Drive - Marine Drive which is fondly known as the 'Queen's Necklace'. Hanging Gardens which offer a splendid view of the city, Chowpatty, Kamala Nehru Park and also Mani Bhavan where Mahatma Gandhi stayed during his visits to Mumbai. Drive past Haji Ali Mosque, a shrine in honour of a Muslim Saint on an island 500 m. out at sea and is linked by a causeway to the mainland. Note: Prince of Wales Museum is closed on every Monday.
